Qube SLM: delivering a white labelled lettings management solution

How can you white label your property management software so that it operates as one overall system but can also be deployed over multiple branches under different company names?

This was the challenge one of our customers faced when choosing their software.

The company – which primarily focuses on managing high street lettings agent stock on their behalf (from preparing tenancies to managing their property and handling their client account) – had been using a server-based solution for the last few years. However, the main problem with this system and others on the market was failure to cope well with white labelling and the ability to service multiple offices. As well as requiring a solution that bolstered its accounting functionality, the company also needed a single database that allowed it to:

  • Neatly separate each letting agent’s portfolio it managed
  • White label each of these companies
  • Manage multiple client accounts without the added expense of multiple databases.
  • Provide access to the solution for its clients and allow them to view, update and add information.

Qube SLM fitted the bill for a number of reasons:

Multi office functionality? Qube SLM has been providing this functionality for many years.

White labelling? Qube SLM offers the company the facility to white label each office and ring fence it for the client.

Separate client accounts? Qube SLM offers the company the facility to manage multiple client accounts without the need of multiple databases thus providing significant IT cost savings.

Access for your client base? Qube SLM is a fully cloud-based solution accessible via any internet browser (little or no IT infrastructure required). This enables the company’s agent to access the software wherever they are to view and load data. Each user can only view data from their own specific portfolio as each branch is ring fenced.
