Dealing with Planned Maintenance
Users will be guided through the set up of the Horizon database for maintenance purposes; maintaining property elements, contracts and contractors. For up to 8 delegates. All prices shown are subject to VAT.
Delegates will be able to:
- Manage jobs within a contract
- Create and maintain survey records
- Deal with a Condition Survey
Users responsible for the planning and operation of surveys and contracts for maintenance purposes.
Attendance of the following courses are prerequisites to attending this course:
- Horizon Enquiry
- Estates Management
- Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable course
