This training involves prior confirmation on how your system is currently setup and used outlining the job roles of the attendees with classroom style training to follow based on an agreed plan. Courses can generally include up to 6 attendees and are provided at a minimum of 1 day (half a day within the London area).
Courses are delivered from our state of the art training suites in London or Sleaford, Lincolnshire and where good training facilities exists we can come out to you.
Bespoke Training – One-2-One with Administrators
Courses can be designed at administrator level to look at different configuration and setup options to help with business process design. Where the Planet user team comprises one or two users the training days can be tailored to focus on system configuration and options leading directly into detailed process training.
Courses are delivered from our state of the art training suites in London or Sleaford, Lincolnshire and where good training facilities exists we can come out to you.

Generic In-House Courses – shared training for 1 or more attendees
Our In-House Generic training courses focus on specific Planet modules and common user roles to deliver training to either new employees or simply to act as a refresher. Priced on a per attendee basis this is a cheaper way of training up users in specific areas sharing the day with other Qube clients. As attendees will be from varying organisations the training is delivered generically with attendees then returning to their base to apply the knowledge to their individual processes and circumstances.
These courses are run on pre scheduled dates throughout the year and places are booked and paid for online in advance. Please see below for a list of upcoming courses.
Courses are delivered from our state of the art training suites in London or Sleaford, Lincolnshire. They are full day courses priced at £250.00 per attendee. Joining instructions are provided following a booking.
Cancellation Policy for Planet related services
Cancellation or re-arrangements of services, including Generic In-House Training courses, received less than 7 working days prior to the commencement date of the services are not subject to refund or credit. Cancellations or re-arrangements received within 7-14 working days prior to the commencement date are subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Where unavoidable expenses have been incurred as a result of arranging the provision of the cancelled services, these expenses will be recharged at cost. Cancellations or re-arrangements received more than 15 working days prior to commencement date are subject to a 10% administration charge.
With regards Generic In-House Training courses, Qube Global Software reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolment (min 3 attendees) by providing notice to clients at least 14 days prior to scheduled start date.
