Choosing the correct facilities management software is an important decision for any business. Steve Jones, Sales Director at Qube Global Software, outlines some key considerations that should be taken in to account before a decision is carried out.
Chief consideration among those looking to purchase a facilities management solution is cost. However, Steve points out that the ‘cheaper’ option can end up costing more in the long run if the supplier does not provide adequate support or the systems’ functionality falls short of what is required. Instead he suggests that a company should be looking for a supplier who partners with them in order to provide a greater ROI in the longer term.
