Record turnout at Qube World 2016 | 9 November 2016
Qube World 2016, our annual Customer Conference, took place yesterday at 155 Bishopsgate in the City of London. With a record turnout and over 300 customers in attendance, the event was a resounding success.
The day kicked off with an introduction from Qube Global Software CEO John Cuppello, who discussed progress and the plans for growing Qube Global Software to further support our customer community. He was followed by keynote speaker Michael Crick, who delivered an insightful and humorous perspective on the political landscape, both in the UK and across the Atlantic.
Attendees were also given the chance to see some exciting new developments within our products. This included previews of a major overhaul to the Qube SLM user interface, and future roadmaps for Qube Planet, Qube Horizon and Qube PM. Nick Whitten from JLL rounded off the morning with his expert overview on the UK residential sector.
For the first time at Qube World, we offered delegates the opportunity to learn valuable skills for their own personal development goals. Leading Business Networking Coach Mark Perl gave us tips on how to become a more confident and effective networker, whilst speaker Stephanie Davies discussed “the Science of Happiness.”
In another first for the Customer Conference, our Qube Connect Partners took to the stage to introduce different way of keeping ahead in the industry. We would like to say a special thanks to Mitesh Patel (Qube Engage), Grant Wood (VTS), Mark North (Brethertons) Rajeev Nayyar (Fixflo), and Alan Rose (CADM) for their engaging talks.
Our afternoon was further enhanced with informative breakout sessions with Phil Bailey from GS1, Cecelia Crump from South West Yorkshire NHS Trust, Nathan Spitzer of Alliance Managing Agents and Jo Harris from BSRIA. James Dearsley, Global PropTech Communicator, also gave an insightful look at the trends shaping our industry’s future.
The interactive iZone, where customers were able to discuss and use the products with our staff, proved popular as ever. It also offered the chance for customers to explore a new world of solutions from the Qube Connect Partner community.
John Cuppello, CEO of Qube Global Software, commented: “With better content, more speakers, product sessions and training included, plus a new personal development stream, Qube World 2016 brought even more value to attendees and their businesses.
“We are delighted that the conference was such a success, and with excellent feedback from our customers and partners we are already looking forward to Qube World 2017!”
