Qube Global Software supports new real estate technology standards | 8 August 2011
On the 5th July Qube Global Software attended an event at Eversheds in Central London to support OSCRE with the launch of new lease creation functionality.
This technology, available in Qube Global Software’s property management solutions, will increase the efficiency in the creation and communication of lease summary documents.
The development of this technology has been supported by many key players in the real estate industry, including some of Qube Global Software’s key customers such as Canada Life Investments, CB Richard Ellis, and Hammerson. All welcomed the potential benefits to come from the introduction of this functionality.
Graeme Lambert, Property Finance Director for Canada Life, and user of Qube Global Software’s Horizon property management solution commented: “Canada Life Investments engaged with this initiative because it could see the real benefits of establishing standards for improving data flows between all parties – property owners, investors, lawyers, surveyors, managers and administrators.”
Graeme went on to say: “This project has an abundant list of advantages for both ourselves and for the parties we work with in lease documentation processing. We see a significant time saving opportunity and, even more importantly, the chance to improve accuracy with the layers of re-entering critical lease related information greatly removed.”

The major annual release of Qube PM will be available shortly and will include even more features. As always, and in direct contrast to our main competitors, the main release will be free to all our customers.
JMC, a fast growing chartered surveyor’s firm, has chosen to implement Qube PM in order to enhance its management offering and support growth and expansion into new markets.
We are pleased to confirm that Qube Global Software will once again be exhibiting at MIPIM in Cannes, South of France.
