Qube Global Software Staff attend the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Property Management Roadshows 2011 | 4 July 2011
Over the last two months Qube Global Software staff have been attending the RICS Property Management Roadshows.
During July more staff will also be at the upcoming sessions. The company’s aim is to network with customer attendees and to understand the implications of the new RICS Service Charge Code of Practice (2011). The guidance has been developed with leading property bodies to improve standards and promote consistency, fairness, transparency and best practice in the management and administration of service charges in commercial property.
It was clear from the pre-seminar documentation and at the first session that Qube Global Software’s solutions would easily adapt to enable customers to handle the requirements set out in the upcoming code. In fact, this capability has been in place for some time.
The two Property Management Software solutions offered by the organisation, Qube and Horizon, have been at the forefront of delivering efficiency and clarity in Service Charge Management for many years. Both systems have built the most enviable customer base in this sector including property Investors, Occupiers and Managing Agents of all sizes. They have only done this by providing excellent toolsets in this area. With this background it is important that the organisation is involved in these briefings and it is clear from the attendance that they are extremely well positioned to help customers stay in line with this important industry guidance.
In addition, while the two products have developed this functionality over many years, the latest versions of the solutions have been advanced further bringing service charge support to the next level.
We are pleased to announce the release of our innovative, market-leading interface: The Home Hub. This is available with the latest release of Horizon.
We are proud to announce that a number of our customers have been shortlisted at the prestigious ARMA ACE Awards.
Qube Global Software are hosting a Build-to-Rent seminar on 22 March 2017 to discuss how software can help satisfy the increasing demands of residents, and offer improved customer satisfaction throughout the resident journey.
