Qube Global Software invited to speak at RICS conference | 4 July 2014
We were honoured to be asked to speak at the recent Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) regional conference, held at the Lincolnshire Showground in Lincoln.
With a position very close to, but outside of property management, Qube Global Software is well positioned to offer a dispassionate view of the industry. Our ‘State of Play’ presentation – delivered by Stuart Lee of our Marketing team – focused on the differing challenges faced by corporate and regional property managers and how technology could help them overcome these issues.
The second section of the presentation investigated how the latest consumer technologies are impacting property businesses, before exploring the potential effect of future developments on the industry as a whole.
Commenting on the presentation, Stuart said:
“The technologies used across the industry are very exciting and will have huge impact on property in the future. While I examined a number of these in the presentation – including some of the latest developments from Qube Global Software – we only really scratched the surface of all the interesting things that are going on.”
Qube Global Software are hosting a Build-to-Rent seminar on 22 March 2017 to discuss how software can help satisfy the increasing demands of residents, and offer improved customer satisfaction throughout the resident journey.
The major annual release of Qube PM will be available shortly and will include even more features. As always, and in direct contrast to our main competitors, the main release will be free to all our customers.
JMC, a fast growing chartered surveyor’s firm, has chosen to implement Qube PM in order to enhance its management offering and support growth and expansion into new markets.
