Qube Announces Latest Release | 23 November 2009
Qube Global Software has announced the release of the latest version of the hugely popular Qube Property Management Software.
The Qube product is a fundamental part of Qube Global Software’s solutions which are the most widely used in the UK and Ireland Property Management sector and is already the product of choice for over 450 organisations, including occupiers, owners, investors, managing agents, block managers and many more with varied property interests. The new release of the software and its improved functionality will ensure that Qube’s customers will continue to stay one step ahead of their competition.
The enhancements in this latest release of Qube focus on providing users with customer service and income generation tools. There is the introduction of SMS (text message) functionality, making it easier for property managers to contact their customers; the continued roll-out of the Tenant Portal that allows tenants a self-service option to access their account; changes to ensure greater adherence to government legislation and RICS guidelines, meaning that our customers can rest assured that they will remain compliant with these, and changes to ensure the system is more customisable than ever.
Qube Global Software CEO, John Cuppello, said of the release:
“The continuing development programme for Qube shows, not only our commitment to improving the product for our existing customers, but to the wider property management industry as a whole.
Qube has a range of functionality that places it at the very forefront of Property Management Software. It is our aim to keep it there for a very long time.”
We are proud to announce that a number of our customers have been shortlisted at the prestigious ARMA ACE Awards.
