The Olympic stadium has been at the centre of a hotly disputed tendering process, with a bid thought to be settled upon to award the venue to West Ham before it was toppled by a challenge from Tottenham Hotspur.
Now, the OPLC has claimed that it plans to secure tenants for all the permanent fixtures of the Olympic village before the closing ceremony in August, fm-world.co.uk reports.
Organisations thinking of securing themselves an Olympic venue look to have until March to put their bid forward, where it will then be decided upon by the committee.
Whilst the offers have so-far come from football teams, the committee has encouraged others to come forward from all different industries.
"We believe that there are other combinations," OPLC chief executive Andrew Altman told guardian.co.uk.
"We welcome football but we're not wholly dependent on football. There are other combinations and other sports, there's concerts and other activities that can also provide revenues."
