King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership goes live on Qube Horizon | 09 April 2015
King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership recently went live on Horizon 10.1.
Managed by Argent, leading asset managers and property developers (having previously been responsible for developing Manchester Piccadilly and Brindleyplace in Birmingham), the Partnership is one of three groups behind the development project in North London.
King’s Cross is the largest mixed use development in single ownership to be developed in Central London for more than 150 years. The 67-acre site has a rich history and a unique setting and is adjacent to a significant international transport hub.
In total, it will feature more than three million square feet of office space (with organisations stationed in the complex including Google, BNP Paribas and the London Borough of Camden), 2,000 new homes, numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cultural venues, an internationally-renowned university, schools and community facilities.
As is the case with the majority of our customers, Argent will use Qube Horizon via our SaaS delivery model – which is ISO 27001:2013 certified.
Qube Global Software are hosting a Build-to-Rent seminar on 22 March 2017 to discuss how software can help satisfy the increasing demands of residents, and offer improved customer satisfaction throughout the resident journey.
The major annual release of Qube PM will be available shortly and will include even more features. As always, and in direct contrast to our main competitors, the main release will be free to all our customers.
JMC, a fast growing chartered surveyor’s firm, has chosen to implement Qube PM in order to enhance its management offering and support growth and expansion into new markets.
