Customer conference proves resounding success | 22 October 2013
This year’s Qube Global Software customer conference took place last Thursday (17 October 2013) and proved a resounding success with attendees
The event, hosted at the impressive Kings Place venue near King’s Cross station, was opened by our CEO John Cuppello (above) who gave an overview of the company’s successes over the past year – which included growing to 200 employees globally, a strong set of financial results and significant customer representation once again in the top 100 investors list.
Amin Rajan, CEO of UK-based think tank CREATE-Research specialising in future global fund management trends, then took to the stage before attendees dispersed into separate update sessions on each of our four product lines – Aspasia, Horizon, Planet and Qube.
The afternoon included four separate specialist talks from industry experts: ‘Institutional Investment in Residential Property’ by Jon Neale (Head of Research) Jones Lang LaSalle; ‘The Strategic Challenge for FM’ by Rob Harris of Ramidus; ‘How Consumer Technology is Driving Business’ by BBC technology TV presenter LJ Rich of Perfect Pitch Productions; and an update on the Commonhold/Leasehold Reform Act (2002) by Jeff Platt of Section 20.
Our dedicated iZone, located in the main communal break-out area, was available throughout the day and proved particularly popular. This provided attendees with the opportunity to speak with various Qube Global Software representatives, ranging from account managers and sales people to technical experts and trainers, from each of our product lines about our solutions.
“We were delighted to welcome so many of our customers to this year’s conference and were pleased that so many found the sessions so valuable,” says James Lavery, Head of Marketing at Qube Global Software. “We always aim to ensure the users of our solutions are getting as much as they possibly can from our products and see these sessions are vital to this process. It’s also fantastic to let them know about exciting developments for the future.”
