Aitchison Raffety become Qube PM customer | 27 February 2015
Aitchison Raffety, a leading practice of chartered surveyors and town planners, has become a Qube PM customer.
The company was looking for a software solution that could provide as much automation to its daily property management tasks as possible. It quickly realised Qube PM fitted the bill.
While Qube PM has been chosen to support accounting, contractor management and tenant self-service processes, its workflow functionality proved a particularly attractive feature. This will enable the company to define business processes within the system to achieve greater control and automation.
Transparency and quick, easy access to all data and documents associated with the portfolio under management were also key requirements. Ultimately, the company is looking for Qube PM to streamline processes so that its staff can instead focus even more of their time and energy on customer service.
Aitchison Raffety is a multi-discipline national property consultancy formed in 1996 and employing around 150 staff, including Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Town Planners, Valuers and Estate Agents. The company operates from 17 locations across the country including London, Birmingham and Manchester, and has expertise in the areas of Valuation, Rating, Planning & Development, Commercial & Residential Agency, Landlord & Tenant, Asset Management, Property Management, Building Surveying, Healthcare and Education. The company is regulated by the RICS, is an Investor in People and its business management systems are accredited within ISO 9001:2008.
The major annual release of Qube PM will be available shortly and will include even more features. As always, and in direct contrast to our main competitors, the main release will be free to all our customers.
JMC, a fast growing chartered surveyor’s firm, has chosen to implement Qube PM in order to enhance its management offering and support growth and expansion into new markets.
We are pleased to confirm that Qube Global Software will once again be exhibiting at MIPIM in Cannes, South of France.
