Planet’s Intranet server is designed to allow internal staff, external clients and remote contractors to gain access to your FM system. It can act as a self service site for staff and clients to log and track their own helpdesk calls or book rooms and as a point where maintenance staff and contractors can manage their own work. FM service suppliers provide access to their clients to provide asset data, work history and KPI reports.
