Rising postage costs causing problems? We have some solutions for you.
Thursday, June 14th, 2012As many of you will know postage costs are on the rise – whether this is in the UK with the recent increase of the cost of a stamp to 60 pence, or perhaps due to cost and inflationary pressures brought onto other private suppliers and in turn you. This does not make communicating with customers nowadays any easier. Many of our customers have been dispatching hundreds of thousands of demands, reminders and correspondence via postal services – mostly because that is the way they have always done it! Some of them because of what is governed in the agreement or the lease.
Customer Events 2012
Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012I just wanted to communicate some details of upcoming events for customers.
We are just about to deliver our annual Qube Customer Roadshows. These events have become a must for keeping in touch with the latest developments, getting better value out of your investment in the software and for networking with like-minded users. The events are held in City Centre locations across the UK. In Ireland and Northern Ireland these events form the basis of user group meetings in Dublin and Belfast. While we always travel to see our customers on regular account management visits, customers seem to get an extra benefit from these group events and they are always well received – I put a lot of this down to the extra networking that takes place and the buzz that surrounds this. If you want to register for these events please email qube@qubeglobal.com.
Property Awards 2012
Wednesday, April 25th, 2012Last week we sponsored an award at the Property Week Property Awards. The Professional Agency of the Year award and congratulations to the winners GVA. The Awards are one of the biggest events in the UK property calendar and certainly the biggest awards ceremony.
Success Stories
Wednesday, March 7th, 2012Last year I was looking at our customer base and the great names we have in the list. Around the same time I was constantly being bombarded from the account management team with all the good news stories from around the customer base and also seeing the amount of new customers coming to us on recommendation. So we have been working hard to document some of these stories by completing case studies on our Qube Customers, how they have been using the software effectively and the derived benefits. There are a few links below to download the latest stories. Our customers can also use these to show tenants, stakeholders and internal customers how they are using the latest technology and software effectively.
A Year of Challenges!
Friday, February 3rd, 2012As well as the normal challenges business life throws at us, this year a number of our staff will be undertaking a few personal challenges of their own and for the sake of their chosen charities.

A Big Thank You to our Customers and Supporters
Thursday, December 1st, 2011We have recently seen some great posts on LinkedIn. In response to people asking for recommendations on suppliers of Property Management Software our customers have repeatedly been mentioning us and in very positive terms. Please see this example from the Institute of Residential Property Managers LinkedIn Group
Qube Global Software customers out-perform their rivals – again.
Friday, July 22nd, 2011Each year Property Data publishes a directory of UK property investors. As always, we’re very keen to see this – partly to check on the robust health of our customers, but also to see if we can pick out any trends amongst the performance figures.
Our Roadshows have started
Friday, May 27th, 2011Many of you will be thinking of how you take your organisations forward with new technology solutions and this is possibly why you have visited this blog. This time of year seems to be popular time for companies to think about these challenges. For the last 6 years we have been taking the opportunity to visit prospective customers and customers around this time of year at regional events to bring our solutions to their ‘doorstep’. Each of these events takes place at well connected city centre hotel conference facilities. These take the form of seminars to prospective customers (http://www.qubeglobal.co.uk/fmseminar/ http://www.qubeglobal.co.uk/propertyseminars/) or as a series of customer roadshows (http://www.qubeglobal.co.uk/planetroadshows/ http://www.qubeglobal.co.uk/events/). These sessions are designed to show the customer base of some of the features and benefits of the latest software release. The events are always really popular with overflow events often being delivered due to venue capacity being exceeded.
