I joined Qube Global Software over 12 years ago, making a career change after a successful track record in hospitality.  I decided to go for a more office based role to make the most of my administrative qualifications.

Little did I know when I was employed as a receptionist that I would be embarking on a fast paced career with a company which has grown to be one of the most successful property and facilities management software companies in the world.  

Within 6 months I became more involved in the Licensing aspect of the software and my career with Qube Global has followed this route.   I have always been keen on the contractual side of business and my organisational skills led me to implementing changes to the way in which the licensing team has evolved over the years.  

As the Licensing and Data Manager I now have a responsibility to our customers both internally end externally to ensure that our licensing records are accurate and correct.  My job scope varies from a daily involvement with the sales teams and customers, ensuring that the Licensing documentation is agreed, to providing background statistical information to the Management team.

I believe that you have to really enjoy what you do to become involved in the Licensing of a software product and I am lucky enough to do a job that I love for a company who are incredibly supportive of its staff and customers and with whom I look forward to at least another 12 years.
